What happens at my first D:TOX appointment?

Your therapist will begin by talking through what you’re experiencing, your goals and any relevant health or lifestyle factors.Your treatment will then be tailored to you. If you’re having SIGNATURE D:TOX®, your therapist will work through THE D:TOX TECHNIQUE™ - our five-stage approach: Activate, Drain, Sculpt, Flush and Reset.We’ll also talk you through aftercare and how often we’d recommend returning based on your goals.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Come in whatever you feel comfortable wearing.For hands-on body treatments, your therapist will explain what clothing needs to be removed and you'll be appropriately covered throughout your treatment.For movement or technology-led treatments, comfortable clothing may be recommended depending on what you're having.Full preparation information will be provided when you book.

Do I need to do anything before my appointment?

You don't need to do anything complicated.We recommend arriving well hydrated, avoiding a very heavy meal immediately beforehand and allowing enough time to arrive without feeling rushed.Any treatment-specific preparation will be included in your booking information.

Will I notice a difference after one treatment?

There's no single schedule that's right for everybody.How often you come will depend on your goals, lifestyle and the treatment you're having. Some clients book when their body feels like it needs a reset, while others make D:TOX part of their regular monthly routine.Your therapist can recommend a frequency for you, or you can explore THE D:TOX ROUTINE™ if you're looking for consistent monthly body maintenance. As a generic answer, we would usually recommend monthly treatments, which is why THE D:TOX ROUTINE™ is the perfect option.
