Cancellation Policy

By booking a D:TOX Movement session, you agree to the following terms: Payment All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Class Packs Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend a booked session within your class pack and do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, that session will be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited. Late Arrivals Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid disruption to other clients. Health & Medical Disclaimer By attending D:TOX Movement sessions, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in exercise. It is your responsibility to inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or health concerns prior to your session. D:TOX reserves the right to refuse participation if we believe it is not in your best interest. All sessions are undertaken at your own risk. By booking with D:TOX Movement, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
