Your journey begins with a gentle cleanse and a soothing hot towel to melt away makeup, impurities, and the stresses of the day. From there, we introduce a rhythmic lymphatic massage, carefully designed to stimulate your lymphatic system and jumpstart the drainage of toxins. Next, our signature D:TOX facial massage works to sculpt, tone, and redefine facial contours. We enhance these results with the flowing movements of a gua sha stone and the precision of our exclusive facial cups — tools that encourage lymphatic flow, smooth the appearance of fine lines, and awaken your skin’s natural glow. The result? A face that looks refreshed, defined, and radiant — and a body that feels lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed.
Cancellation Policy
At D:TOX, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and allow us to accommodate others, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of one time only. Any further requests to move the same appointment may require a new booking and deposit payment. Reschedule requests must be made with sufficient notice and are subject to appointment availability. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. More than 48 hours notice: You may cancel your appointment without further charges. Deposits can be transferred in line with our booking policy. Within 48 hours of your appointment: Your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for the booking deposit. Within 24 hours of your appointment: Full payment of the appointment will be required. This includes late cancellations, missed appointments and no-shows. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid impacting other appointments. Full appointment fees will still apply.
