Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Deposit & Booking Confirmation

    A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the final treatment cost. This deposit is non-refundable once paid but will be considered as part of your balance upon attendance.

     

  2. Cancellation & No-Show Charges
     

    • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 hours or more notice, the deposit will be retained, and no further charges apply.

    • For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, full payment for the scheduled treatment will be required. Failure to make full payment may mean that you are refused any future treatments within the D;TOX studio.
       

  3. Service Quality and Rights to Remedies

    Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, clients are entitled to services performed with reasonable care and skill, and within a reasonable time. If D:TOX fails to deliver a service as agreed, clients may request a repeat performance. In such instances, the client should contact the studio at the earliest opportunity to discuss their dissatisfaction.

     

  4. Unfair Terms and Transparency

    D:TOX is committed to fair and transparent terms. The deposit, cancellation and no-show policy will be clearly communicated at booking to avoid any unfair surprise charges. 

     

  5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

    Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via telephone or email to avoid penalties. Our telephone line cannot always be answered due to being with clients. Therefore in such instances, please follow up a missed call with an email, text or whatsapp.
    Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a charge for the full treatment.

     

  6. Policy Review & Amendments

    These terms may be updated periodically to remain aligned with UK law and regulations. Any changes will be clearly displayed on our website.
