Welcome to D:TOX Lymphatic Drainage Studio. By booking or attending an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings & Payments

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, by phone, or in person, and a deposit payment paid.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit payment has been received.

Payments are accepted by PayPal, debit/credit card, bank transfer or cash.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of deposit. No refund will be given and you are not permitted to use the deposit payment for a future booking.

Clients who fail to attend without notice (“no-show”) may be charged the full treatment cost where card payment details are stored. Failure to pay the full treatment cost will result in no future bookings being made at D:TOX Studio.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid disrupting the next client’s booking, but the full fee will still apply.

In the unlikely event that D:TOX must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered the option to rebook or receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
3. Health & Safety

It is your responsibility to provide accurate health information before treatment.

Certain medical conditions may make lymphatic drainage unsuitable; please consult your doctor before booking if you are unsure.

D:TOX reserves the right to refuse treatment if it may compromise your safety.
4. Liability

All treatments are provided by qualified practitioners; however, results may vary per individual.

D:TOX is not liable for any adverse reactions that occur due to withheld or inaccurate health information.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from treatments.
5. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.

D:TOX reserves the right to refuse service if behavior is inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe.
6. Gift Vouchers & Packages

Gift vouchers and treatment packages are non-refundable and valid until the expiry date specified at purchase.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is protected in line with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
