Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed only once full payment has been received. Prices are listed in GBP and include training materials unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Refunds
Participant cancellations made more than 21 days before the course date are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future session. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course are non-refundable. Non-attendance on the day of the course will not be refunded.

Course Changes or Cancellation
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness). In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

Attendance & Conduct

Participants are expected to arrive on time and behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, without refund.

Health & Safety
Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate. Any relevant medical conditions should be disclosed in advance where appropriate.

Intellectual Property
All course materials are the intellectual property of ADORA WELLNESS CLINIC LTD TRADING AS D:TOX LYMPHATIC & WELLNESS STUDIO and may not be recorded, shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADORA WELLNESS CLINIC LTD TRADING AS D:TOX LYMPHATIC & WELLNESS STUDIO  is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during or as a result of attending the course, except where caused by negligence.

Use of D:TOX Name, Certification & Relationship Status

Completion of the D:TOX Lymphatic Drainage Training Course grants the student certification by D:TOX only.

• Certification does not grant the student permission to trade, operate, advertise, or hold themselves out under the name D:TOX, or any name, logo, branding, or variation that may imply ownership, partnership, franchise, or official D:TOX business status.

• The student acknowledges and agrees that they are not an employee, agent, partner, franchisee, or representative of D:TOX. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship.

• The student may market themselves as “Certified by D:TOX” or “D:TOX Certified Practitioner” provided such wording does not suggest employment, ownership, or operating under the D:TOX brand.

• All use of the D:TOX name must be factual, accurate, and limited solely to referencing certification. D:TOX reserves the right to request amendments or removal of any marketing or representation that is misleading, incorrect, or damaging to the D:TOX brand.

• Any unauthorised use of the D:TOX name, branding, or intellectual property may result in revocation of certification and/or legal action.
